Recycling Plastic Pots
A recent planting of summer annuals involved 9 flats of begonias, six hanging baskets, Some communities do not allow the recycling of these containers, but know that responsible options are out there! Feel free to bring your containers to the M.J. Design facility, where we will dispose of them for you. Another option is the Plastic Flower Pot and Tray Recycling event sponsored by the OSU Chadwick Arboretum & Learning Gardens’ on Saturday, June 18 from 8 a.m. to Noon. The event is held in front of Howlett Hall, 2001 Fyffe Court, 43210 on campus (Fyffe is just south of Lane Avenue—first intersection east of SR 315). Make your yard and our earth beautiful! M.J. Design's Potting PartyThe secrets to beautiful pots were shared to those attending the M.J. Design 1st annual Potting Party! Friends gathered in conjunction with the Dublin Community Recreation Center, to learn the tricks of the trade to beautiful, abundant flowering containers. The thrillers, spillers and fillers were in top form as they were transplanted and transformed into works of garden art. Stay tuned as we monitor the success of these garden creations!
