Gail Reinhart

Gail has been with M.J. Design since February 2008, and has over 10 years of Horticultural experience in the Green Industry, along with being an Ohio Certified Nursery Technician. Gail graduated from Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio in December 2000 with an Associate degree in Landscape and Turfgrass Management. Her work experience has taken her all over Ohio, Michigan, and included 4 years on the East Coast in the state of Delaware. Gail grew up on a 400-acre farm in Northwest Ohio, driving tractors at the age of 10, so being outside working makes her happy. She is the youngest of 13 children, so a lot of her spare time is spent visiting family, but Gail also enjoys playing the piano, football season, and traveling.
Seasonal Support Staff

We have been employing Hispanic workers since 2003. We utilize the Federal Governments H2B Temporary Work Program. The men are recruited in Mexico and then come here with valid passports and Visas that specifically state that they are here to work for M.J. Design. They are allowed to work here for 10 months and then must return to Mexico for at least 60 days. Our men usually arrive March 1 and return home just before Thanksgiving. Most of them come from near Zacatecas, Mexico, which is about 180 miles west of Monterrey. The majority are returning for their fifth and sixth years with us. Most are married and have children from toddlers to teenagers. They come here in order to provide those back home with a better life. What they make here in a day would take them a month to earn in Mexico. They are truly a great group of men and we are very fortunate to have found them. |
