When we near the end of each mowing season, we like to reward the crew and take them out for a fun, non-work-related outing. This year, we decided to show them harness racing at Scioto Downs. Not sure that any of us totally understood how to fully read stats on a horse (except for Kelly). But we had fun putting a little cash on the horses we liked and cheering them on during the race.
We don’t think any of our guys are looking to switch careers and take up being a jockey… Well, maybe just one—who was having too much fun pretending!!
