We're thrilled to share that Alyssa Cline, a standout student from Dublin Jerome High School and Tolles Career & Technical Center, has been awarded a $1,000 scholarship by the Union County Safety & Health Council. The award was presented during the Council's annual Awards Banquet held on April 9th.
Alyssa, who is currently completing her internship with M.J. Design, earned the scholarship for her dedication to workplace safety and her insightful essay highlighting the impact of taking care of you whole body. Her thoughtful writing and commitment to a culture of safety impressed the selection committee and reflected her passion for both her education and future career path.
At M.J. Design, Alyssa has been gaining hands-on experience in the landscaping industry, applying classroom knowledge in a real-world environment and further developing her skills in both safety and design before she leaves in the fall to attend Eastern Kentucky University to study Wildlife Management with a Minor in Conservation. We’re incredibly proud of Alyssa and can’t wait to see where her talents and drive take her next. Congratulations!
At M.J. Design, it’s important to us to empower our employees to be able to achieve their goals. See why working for M.J. is so great!
