Welcoming Back Our H-2B Team This Fall – Just in Time!

This season, we’re thrilled to finally welcome back a vital part of our team—our H-2B seasonal workers—who are returning just in time to help us wrap up a very full 2025 season.
Due to a delayed visa approval earlier this year, they were unfortunately unable to join us for the spring and summer. That meant many of our projects had to be carefully rescheduled, phased, or placed on hold—but not forgotten. These skilled team members are a cornerstone of our seasonal operations every single year, and we’ve deeply felt their absence.
They're Back—and We’re Getting to Work
Now that they’re arriving this fall, we’re hitting the ground running. Their return means:
Projects that have been on the docket are moving forward again.
We’re able to complete more installations and clean-ups before winter.
The quality, speed, and attention to detail you expect from us is back in full force.

These team members are more than just seasonal workers—they’re a valued part of our extended family, and we couldn’t be happier to have them back on the ground.
We also want to take a moment to recognize the efforts of our full-time staff, who have been holding down the fort during a challenging and busy season. In the absence of our full workforce, they stepped up – working long hours, covering extra ground and upholding our standards. Their dedication, flexibility, and work ethic have been nothing short of outstanding.
