Our Full Seasonal Staff Is Back and It’s a Party

One of our favorite times of the year is finally here! Our full seasonal team is back, and that means one thing: things are about to get busy (in the best way possible).
We’re especially excited to welcome back our crew from Mexico: 25 hardworking, talented guys who bring so much skill, energy, and personality to our team every season. It just doesn’t feel like the start of the season until they’re here.
A Different Start Than Last Year
If you were with us last season, you might remember things looked a little different.
We didn’t have our full team back until the fall, which meant we kicked off the year with a smaller crew and a very full schedule. More jobs with fewer hands kept us moving, but it also meant pushing some installs and larger projects later than we would’ve liked.
This year is a whole different story.
We’re heading into spring:
Fully staffed
Organized
And ready to take on a packed schedule
And yes, we are busy already but this time, we’ve got the team to match it.
More Than Just Work
Before the season ramps up completely, we always take a little time to reconnect and maybe have a little fun along the way. Because while we take our work seriously, we don’t take ourselves too seriously.
What We’ve Been Up To Lately
Winter Work
From braving the cold to keeping things moving behind the scenes, the team has been putting in the work—even when Ohio weather tries to say otherwise.
CPR Training
Safety is a big priority for us, so we made sure everyone is up to date and ready for the season ahead.
Valentine’s Day Celebration
We took time to celebrate our team (because they deserve it). A little appreciation goes a long way, and it’s something we care a lot about here.
Welcome Back
Nothing says “we’re back” like good food and a full table. We kicked things off with a full welcome back day. Including lots of paper work, refresher training, and big team lunch to celebrate everyone being together again.
Shamrock Hunt Showdown
In honor of St. Patrick’s Day, we had a shamrock hunt and let’s just say things got competitive. The “pot of gold” was highly contested (and definitely worth it).
Why This Matters
At the end of the day, this isn’t just about having fun (although we’re big fans of that). It’s about building a team that:

Because when the team is strong, the work speaks for itself.
